Are you an official wireless carrier?
No. We are an independent service website. Carrier names are used for identification only unless a specific authorized relationship is clearly stated.
How long does a refill or activation take?
Processing time depends on carrier systems, account status, device compatibility, and payment confirmation. Estimated timing should be shown before checkout.
Are fees shown before payment?
Yes. Refill amounts, service fees, taxes, and processing charges should be displayed separately before payment.
Can every phone be activated?
