This website provides independent payment, refill, activation, bill-payment, and related request services. It is not Verizon, not Verizon-owned, and not a carrier-owned billing, login, account, or technical portal. Carrier names and trademarks are used only to identify eligible services.
Service availability
Refill posting, activation approval, plan eligibility, international features, hotspot features, device compatibility, eSIM availability, roaming, network access, and processing times depend on carrier rules, customer account status, device status, payment confirmation, and technical systems outside our direct control.
Posting times vary
Many requests are submitted promptly, but final posting is controlled by carrier, provider, payment network, account status, risk-review systems, and carrier rules. Some payments may take up to 24–48 business hours to post. Do not rely on any payment as finally posted until the provider confirms it.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate phone numbers, carrier details, plan selections, device details, SIM/eSIM details, ZIP code, and contact information. Incorrect details may delay processing, cause failed orders, or result in non-refundable carrier transactions.
Pricing, fees, and taxes
Prices may include plan amounts, refill amounts, bill amounts, activation amounts, service fees, payment processing charges, taxes, or other applicable fees. A processing or service fee may apply to each payment request. The total should be reviewed before payment. Do not rely on an advertisement unless the same offer, price, limitations, and conditions are visible on the landing page or confirmed before payment.
Digital and carrier transactions
Many products are digital, prepaid, carrier-dependent, payment-channel dependent, or time-sensitive. Once a refill, plan, SIM/eSIM activation, bill payment, or carrier transaction is submitted or completed, reversal may be limited or unavailable.
Fair usage and network management

Service scope
Services are limited to orders submitted through this website. We do not provide unauthorized third-party technical services for carrier systems, devices, apps, operating systems, online accounts, or consumer technology brands. For carrier account disputes, network outages, device repairs, warranty issues, or carrier-login issues, contact the carrier or device manufacturer directly.
Acceptable use
You may not use the website for fraud, unauthorized account access, misuse of payment methods, circumvention of carrier eligibility rules, abusive communications, illegal activity, or submission of false information.
Payment errors and dispute resolution
If you believe a payment was submitted with incorrect information, duplicated, delayed, or posted incorrectly, contact Internet Phone Refill promptly with your name, confirmation number, provider, payment amount, date, and mobile number. We will review available transaction records and provider/payment-channel status. Some outcomes depend on provider systems and may not be reversible after submission or processing.
Changes
Service terms, pricing, eligibility, and policy pages may be updated. The terms visible at the time of order or request should be reviewed before payment or submission.
